Traveller from Cork stayed in December,2009

Guest Comment:
Concierge of the hotel was vey helpful and couldn't have done more for us. Barman of the hotel was the complete opposite. We were surprised as residents of the hotel that we didn't find it easy to get a drink when we returned to the hotel at midnight. A "tete-a-tete" ensued between the hotel staff and the bar man which made us all feel uncomfortable and sorry we asked for the drink. Hotel staff were accomodatng.

Top Tip:
Don't ask for a drink in the hotel bar at night !
