Well located, clean, good attention. Be careful with the restaurant cuisine, is indian and some dishes are very hot. the hotel should hace available one or two internet computers available for passengers who do not travel with them

The hotel was great and was ideally situated. All the staff were excellent, so helpful, friendly and welcoming which made it a very enjoyable stay. Very close to Paddington station and to all the shops at Marble Arch and Oxford Street and the tube station at Marble Arch. And just a short walk away is a street full of different restaurants to choose from. A great value hotel.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right around the corner of Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The breakfasts were plentiful and the staff always willing to help with anything
Top Tip
My mum and I walked down Oxford Street and checked out the pubs on the side streets for a drink and meal. We were never let down and had some amazing food

The location of the hotel was excellent,just round the corner from Marble Arch Tube Station. Regular buses to all the attractions stop locally. In terms of cleanliness of the hotel, it was spotless. The breakfast was awful, and served cold. Also things missing from our room. Nothing of major concern, a magazine and my husbands razor. When we complained nothing was done although the did give my husband a throw away razor, they did not offer to replace the magazine that went missing. I am sure this was a mistake on the part of the cleaner, but if it is not in the rubbish bin, I don't expect it to be removed.
Top Tip
Fantastic location. Round the corner from Marble Arch Tube Station, with Marble Arch opposite. Selfrideges just round the corner.

I was not able to reach the hotel's wireless net with my iPod Touch. But out it the city the iPod picked up many nets easily, to let me receive my email.
