This was my second stay at this particular hotel. I enjoyed my stay again. Great food and helpful staff. Brilliant location being just a stones throw from Oxford street. This hotel has a great location for most attractions. Very close to the Bond street tube station. Marble Arch and Hyde park within walking distance.

Extremely well situated and value for money. Very nice breakfast. Sweet cleaning staff in particularly (if you get to talk to them, off course).

Don't eat at the restaurants on the big tourist roads (like Oxford Street). Rather, take the two extra minutes to go down the parallel roads and find something there, it's heaps better. Or, go for where the locals are eating!
Also, try a proper fish and chips or sausages and mash - it's surprisingly really good!

The hotel is okay, its clean and good location. The service is very impersonal though. I emailed that we will be celebrating our first anniversary in (also our first time) London. I asked if we could get a nice room, but no reply. We got a "smoking room" and we were not happy about that. But she couldn't change into non-smoking room! Very disappointing. You can walk to Oxford st. in 10min. with lots of stores and restaurants. If you want to eat in the hotel the food is priced reasonable and not bad. Its just simple but good; half roast chicken with some chips (fries) for 10 pounds.

Great Location, few meters from Oxford St and Baker St underground station. Staff is nice and single room good for a short stay. During afternoon some noise from the cleaning leadies, but OK. 3 Blocks from The London Palladium and main department stores of London....

Baker St station is close, 2 blocks away...

Would not recommend as the staff were rude and unfriendly.
TV in room was broke and there was damp on the ceiling.
